STUDIO
Lobanova Architecture & Interior Design is a studio based in Cannes, founded in 2020 by Evgeniia Lobanova, an architect with 15 years of experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects and a graduate of a Master HMONP from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Marseille.
The essence that underpins our work is a commitment to creating timeless spaces rooted in Soft Minimalism and Slow Living. Our holistic approach guides every stage of the process, from architectural concept to interior detailing and the bespoke furniture .
We go beyond the conventional idea of a home. We shape complete living environments that accompany, support and enrich everyday life. Our purpose is to design spaces that feel calm, restorative and deeply connected to nature, characterised by soft natural light, the warm grain of wood, the quiet coolness of stone, and a lasting sense of harmony.
PHILOSOPHY
Our bodies are at home in nature. In the presence of natural elements, shifting light, honest materials and the quiet rhythm of time, we find deep balance and belonging. We begin by listening to the people, the place and the surrounding nature before composing architecture that feels both intimate and enduring.
Where every detail is chosen with care to create a lasting dialogue between the body, the material world and time itself. Wood, stone, mineral textures and natural textiles are chosen for their authenticity and their capacity to age with grace. Light, material and texture are allowed to speak with soul. A soft minimalism that is a graceful balance between calm restraint and inviting warmth.
Rooted in Slow Living principles and a holistic approach, our work draws inspiration from Japanese philosophy of ma: the beautiful intervals of space and pause that shape perception and ritual and the quiet joy of purposeful daily living. Where nature is woven into every gesture, creating spaces that restore the senses and support a grounded way of being.
