AN ARCHITECTURE THAT ACCOMPANIES LIFE WITH SILENT HARMONY.
Exceptional private residences and hotels that embody the philosophy of Slow Living and Soft Minimalism: carefully considered spaces, centred on the human experience, that cultivate calm, presence and a deeper connection with everyday life.
Carried by a minimalism infused with softness, natural materials and a harmonious dialogue with the landscape. Where every project is approached with patience and restraint, giving rise to places that are subtly alive and deeply restorative.
STUDIO
Drawing on fifteen years of experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects, Lobanova Architecture & Interior Design works to create spaces that restore calm and deepen the connection between people and their everyday lives.
Founded in 2020 and based in Cannes, the studio is led by Evgeniia Lobanova, an architect graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Marseille with a Master HMONP. As architects, we consider our work a facilitation of wellbeing: a careful distillation of Soft Minimal and Slow Living principles that respond to the unique person and place, and a system that supports the quieter rhythms of living.
We go beyond traditional house design. We shape complete living environments that accompany, support, and enrich daily life. Our ambition is to create calming, restorative spaces connected to nature, where the softness of natural light, the warm grain of wood, the quiet coolness of stone, and a lasting sense of harmony come together to form a true experience of living.
Our goal is always to find the essential: spaces that feel restorative, balanced and deeply personal, where function meets beauty and the home becomes a true place of presence.
PHILOSOPY
Our body is at home in nature. In contact with natural elements, changing light, authentic materials, and the silent rhythm of time, we rediscover a profound balance and a sense of belonging.
We always begin by listening to the people, the place, and the surrounding nature before composing an architecture that is both intimate and timeless. Wood, stone, mineral textures, and natural textiles are chosen for their authenticity and their ability to age with grace. Light, material, and texture are free to express themselves with soul.
In the spirit of Slow Living, our homes are designed to welcome. The family becomes architecture. Walls carry stories, thresholds mark new beginnings, and every room is conceived as the stage for everyday rituals: unhurried breakfasts, handwritten letters, conversations by candlelight.
Every detail is carefully chosen to create a lasting dialogue between the body, material, and time. These spaces offer quiet support and invite a return to what is essential.
VISION
Lobanova Signature Homes were born from the desire to reconnect with the essential. They are designed to restore, ground, and nourish daily life.
Our clients are visionaries who value depth, authenticity, and well-being. They seek environments that foster presence, calm and meaningful daily rituals. They want their home to be a place of serenity.
A home signed by Lobanova Architecture & Interior Design creates the conditions to feel fully at home, in one's body, in one's rhythm of life and in the life one chooses to lead.
